  • 6-8 Strawberries
  • Ice
  • 100ml Rum
  • ½ oz. Lime Juice
  • White Sugar to rim glass
Blend the strawberries and sieve to remove the seeds. Put back in the blender and add the rest of the ingredients and blend to give a smoothie texture.
Pour into chilled and rimmed glasses.

Shaken Strawberry Daiquiri for a Twist.

  • 5 or 6 Fresh Strawberries

  • 2oz Light Rum

  • ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • ¼ oz Simple Syrup

  • Ice

Add 5 or 6 sliced strawberries to a cocktail shaker and muddle until most of the juice has been released, then add the rum, lime juice, and syrup and shake well.

Fine strain into a chilled glass over ice.

Garnish with a slice of strawberry for an extra flourish.
